Requests for Review by the Board

A registrant or suspended registrant may request a review by the Board of a decision made by the Registrar or applicable regulatory committee. Appendix A contains a chart of decisions made by the Registrar or applicable regulatory committee.
The request must be made in writing within 30 days of the decision being deemed to be received by the registrant or suspended registrant. For example:
- Decision was made by the Registrar or applicable regulatory committee on September 7,
- Decision was sent by email and mail on September 15,
- Decision is deemed to be received on September 16 (the day following the email being sent), and therefore,
- Request for review must be received by the Institute on October 16.
