Making a Declaration to the Institute
Every CPA shall make declarations to the Institute related to matters affecting their registration, including:
- Changes in personal or professional information
- Bankruptcy or Consumer Proposals
- Administering Trust Assets
- Relying on an exemption from firm registration
- Criminal charges
- Claims against Professional Liability Insurance
